The core can be securely fixed with screws.
Effective suppression of conducted and radiated noise (common mode noise).
High impedance characteristics can reduce number of cable turns.
Since impedance seldom varies according to temperature, suppression effect is stable over a wide range of temperatures.
Plastic casing provides excellent electrical insulation. (Flammability: UL94V-0)
