Silicone-free type

Feature

Low-hardness (ASKER C 40) with higher permeability than the existing thermal pads
With excellent wet-out, the pad also performs both heat conduction and EM wave noise suppression from MHz to GHz.
Silicone-free, no siloxane outgassing
Unlike silicone pads, the silicone free pad bleeds hardly any oil and rarely causes problems to peripheral components.
Operating temperature range is from -40℃ to 110℃.
